A New Event. A New World

Our organizations’ missions depend on our ability to harness the forces affecting the world around us. At the 2019 LeadingAge Leadership Summit, thought leaders from both inside and outside the aging services field come together to take part in mission-critical conversations addressing what’s happening in our complex, often chaotic world and how we can effectively respond to a variety of market forces impacting us. Over the course of 3 days, influencers with a variety of perspectives will discuss market disruptors, explore new business models and partnership opportunities, weigh the viability of new technologies, and stay abreast of policies impacting how you care for older adults. We’ll draw on examples from business, advocacy and consumer culture—and we’ll study organizations that are succeeding in the more open, participatory and peer-driven world in which we’re operating. This summit is one of the most valuable networking events in the field of aging, connecting influential leaders with the knowledge and relationships needed to better understand the world—and more importantly, our role in it.

Who Attends?

A multidisciplinary group of nonprofit senior living executives, business leaders and experts from around the country. They come from all segments of the field, including hospice, assisted living, legal services, financial services, meal programs, home services, etc. Job titles represented include CEO, President, Administrator, Executive Director. Secondary job titles include VP, Director, COO, CFO.
