Thank you for reserving your 2019 Exhibit Space! Watch for the monthly Exhibitor Newsletters that be sent out starting in the spring to assist with all your pre-show planning needs. This Exhibitor Service Center page will also be updated with new information as it becomes available, so be sure to check back often.

Contact sales@leadingage.org for available opportunities. The 2019 Insertion Order form for the EXPO Preview will be available in the early spring.

For Your Information

Housing will open in the summer, in conjunction with Exhibitor Staff Badge registration and Attendee registration. Exhibitors will receive this information via monthly Exhibitor eNewsletters. Please beware of housing pirates who misrepresent themselves and are not affiliated with LeadingAge. As an exhibitor, you will receive the pre-show attendee mailing list in August. We do not sell these lists or distribute them to non-exhibiting companies.

Terms and Conditions

When planning your booth display, be sure to review the Terms and Conditions to avoid onsite issues. Here you will find height regulations, cancellation policy, etc. When planning your travel, be sure you allow enough time for tear down at the close of the show. Move-out is not allowed during EXPO hours and early tear-down is subject to a fee and loss of priority points for space selection.
