2018 Assisted Living Salary & Benefits Study - Deadline Extended

Participation has been extended to December 4rd for the 2018-2019 Assisted Living Salary & Benefits study, conducted in cooperation by LeadingAge's partner Hospital & Healthcare Compensation Service (HCS).  The study is recognized as the standard for reliable and comprehensive compensation data for types of Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs/RCFs/PCFs), including management salaries, nonmanagement wages, and fringe benefits.

Hospital & Healthcare Compensation Service (HCS) announced that participation for the 2018‑2019 Assisted Living Salary & Benefits study in now open. This year marks the 21st annual year of publication. The study is conducted in cooperation with LeadingAge and supported by NCAL.  Nationally known, the Report is recognized as the standard for reliable and comprehensive compensation data for ALFs/PCFs.

The Report covers management salaries, nonmanagement wages, and fringe benefits.  Salaries and bonus payments will be reported according to unit size, profit type, revenue size, county, state, region, and nationally.  In addition, for-profit and not-for-profit data will be separately covered in the Report. Information on 18 fringe benefits will be reported according to region. Percent increases planned for 2019 will be reported for management, nonmanagement, RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.

The deadline for participation is November 12th December 3rd (recently extended).

There is no cost to participate in the study. LeadingAge member participants may purchase the results at the significantly discounted price of $165, versus the $350 nonparticipant rate, when the results are published in January 2019.
