Participates in and/or facilitates state association board meetings and retreats to assure alignment with LeadingAge. Assures LeadingAge participation at state conferences. Leads, develops, directs and evaluates comprehensive member engagement and retention plans. Designs and implements processes for identifying the interests, priorities and satisfaction of new members. Helps achieve goals for membership growth and engagement. This VP also works with a specific group of states and coordinates the involvement of other LeadingAge staff in that effort.
