In the role of Vice President, Member Recruitment & Retention, Amanda Marr develops and operationalizes a detailed and measured LeadingAge membership recruitment/retention strategy in collaboration with assigned state partners in joint membership states, and on behalf of LeadingAge National in non-joint states. Amanda drives membership recruitment and retention strategies, applying strong relationship skills, timely follow through and consistent collaboration with LeadingAge colleagues and state partners.
