Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsorship opportunities will further enhance your company's presence and extend your branding and marketing well beyond this year's conference. Some sponsorship packages will include email blasts pre-event and post-event, acknowledgements in the online summit program and signage noting your sponsorship

  • Reception Sponsor – Monday Evening: $10,000 
    Sponsorship includes listing and logo on the event web site, welcome remarks at the closing of the last General Session, 2 complimentary meeting registrations, signage in Reception Area, and logo on drink tickets.   
  • Conference Opening Remarks  – Monday: $7,500 (Sold)
    Sponsorship incudes listing and logo on the event website, welcome remarks, a one (1) minute video (provided by sponsors), logo on General Session Screen, the opportunity to introduce the Keynote speaker, and two (2) full summit registration.  
  • Afternoon Keynote Sponsor – Monday: $7,500 
    Sponsorship incudes listing and logo on the event website, welcome remarks, a one (1) minute video (provided by sponsors), logo on General Session Screen, the opportunity to introduce the Keynote speaker, and two (2) full summit registration.  
  • Closing Technology Keynote Sponsor – Monday Afternoon: $7,500 
    Sponsorship includes listing and logo on the event web site, welcome remarks, a one (1) minute video (provided by sponsor), logo on General Session Screen, the opportunity to introduce the Keynote speaker, and two (2) full summit registrations.
  • Afternoon Keynote Sponsor – Tuesday Afternoon: $7,500 (Sold)
    Sponsorship includes listing and logo on the event web site, welcome remarks, a one (1) minute video (provided by sponsor), logo on General Session Screen, the opportunity to introduce the Keynote speaker, and two (2) full summit registrations.
  • Wi-Fi Sponsor: $5,000 
    Sponsorship includes listing and logo on the event web site, custom log-in with and redirect to site of choice and two (2) full summit registrations.

  • For all participants: Includes attendees, speakers, sponsors, table top exhibitor, collaborative members and strategic partners must click on Join Us Button to get started! 
  • Login information: Use your My.LeadingAge account e-mail address and password to login. If you don't have a My.LeadingAge account, you’ll need to create one before you can log in. Please use your company email address.
  • Badge Information: Once logged in, all participants must fill out the Badge information.  
  • Registration Categories: You can choose your registration category or all applicable categories at once by selecting from the drop down list.
  • Table-Top Exhibitors: Table Top Exhibitors that want to demonstrate interoperability or information exchange capability with others, will be asked to identify the company/ product with which they can exchange information, and a name and contact information for a person within that company to be invited to exhibit. 
  • Emergency Contact: Be sure to fill out the required fields.
  • Coupon Code: If you have a coupon code, be sure to use it before you check out.
