NurseLEAD Online Training Program

What the program teaches:

NurseLEAD is an online personal development tool that can be completed at any pace.
Participants will progress through a series of modules by reading the topic content and considering case studies. Homework assignments at the end of each module ask the participant to practice specific leadership skills in the workplace and reflect on what they have learned.
Completing the course is worth 8 continuing education (CE) credits.
There is also a short multiple choice test at the end of the program which is a requirement to receive the continuing education credit.
The program costs $80 per participant. Group discounts are available for registering 10 or more participants. You can also pay a discounted group rate that allows a certain number of nurses to enroll in the training over a 1-year time-frame.
