Cheryl develops and leads human resources initiatives and services in line with the brand, mission, values and goals of the association.  Cheryl is responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day management of LeadingAge's human resources programs and initiatives, including affirmative action; corporate compliance; recruitment & selection; compensation and benefits; performance management; employee relations; staff development and training; employee recognition/awards and services; and workers compensation. She provides strategic counsel to LeadingAge's senior staff regarding human resources issues, opportunities and obligations. Cheryl also oversees administration functions related to building and office service processes, front-desk and member center operations, safety and security.
