As the Manager of Executive Priorities, Mia provides services essential to the mission of LeadingAge and the day-to-day operation of the Executive Office. She has responsibility for managing the Executive Office including cross-organizational initiatives addressing the effectiveness, results and internal culture of LeadingAge. Mia is responsible for tracking and reporting on progress against the strategic plan, identifying gaps and opportunities to demonstrate accountability to each other, to strategic goals and to our broader mission and vision. She ensures all staff stay connected to the work of LeadingAge members through regular visits to experience member communities. Mia also works with the LeadingAge Board of Directors on meeting planning and communications, as well as governance matters that support the Board and Association.
