Registration Confirmation
Your registration will be confirmed by e-mail from within 3 to 5 business days. Please check your junk and/or spam e-mail folder for confirmation prior to contacting the LeadingAge Registrar. If you do not receive e-mail confirmation within two weeks of the date your registration was submitted or you have other registration questions, please e-mail or call 1-514-228-3159

Registering 7 or More Attendees

Registration Payment
We accept MasterCard, VISA or American Express. To pay by check, please register online, print the registration ‘Statement of Account’ page, include a check payable to ‘LeadingAge’—with the name(s) of the registrant(s) in the memo line—then mail to LeadingAge Registrar, c/o Showcare Event Solutions, 1200 G Street, NW, Suite 800, Washington, DC 20005-6705. Please note: checks must be received within 3 weeks of registering, please ensure prompt payment.

Registration Changes

Registration Cancellations
Please submit all cancellations in writing to in accordance with the below deadlines.

Cancellations received by:
August 23, 2018 - Full refund minus a $125 processing fee
August 24 to September 13, 2018 - 50% refund of total fee
On or after September 14, 2018 - No refund

After the cancellation deadline, refunds may be considered in the event of extenuating circumstances when submitted in writing. Approved refunds will be processed in the name of the original payer. Credit card refunds will be processed 4-6 weeks after the initial request. Check refunds will be processed 4-6 weeks after the conference.

Service Project, Friends & Family, Resident/Student categories and the Run/Walk tour have different cancellation fees. Service Project, Friends & Family, Resident/Student category cancellations must be received in writing to by September 15, 2018 and will be refunded less a $35 processing fee per guest. No refunds will be issued after September 15, 2018. We regret no refunds will be issued for the Philadelphia Run/Walk Tour once booked.

Substitution Policy
If you register and then are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place at no additional charge. Substitutions to registration or hotel reservations must be submitted in writing to or by fax at 514-289-9844. A letter must originate from the original attendee and/or company in order to process. Please complete a registration form for the individual who will be replacing you. Email or fax in advance to save time: a copy of the new registration confirmation along with written notice authorizing the substitution to or fax to 514-289-9844.

Your Badge Will be Mailed to You
Badges will be mailed if you have registered and paid in full by September 15. Please make sure to use the address on your registration form where you want the badge to be mailed. After September 15, badges may be picked up during onsite registration hours at the LeadingAge registration counters.

Attendee Contact Information
The LeadingAge Annual Meeting is a networking event. Therefore, we will post a list with attendee names and mailing information, but we will not distribute your phone number, mailing address or e-mail address without your permission. LeadingAge will send confirmation and meeting updates to registrants via email. We will not sell or misuse your email or phone number. Exhibitor Registration
Please register your staff online by visiting the “Exhibitor Registration” icon, selecting your company name and entering your booth number. Once in the system, you may register your booth personnel using the categories below. You must have a booth number to register. A list of booth numbers is located on the Exhibitor Registration landing page.
