Registration and Hotel Reservations

The registration and hotel website is now open. CLICK HERE to sign up for name badges and book hotels within the LeadingAge room block. All exhibitors must register for a badge to be permitted access to your booth in the EXPO hall.

Advertising & Pre-Show Marketing

Annual Meeting Preview – This tabloid-sized publication will be distributed to thousands of potential customers and attendees weeks before the LeadingAge Annual Meeting. Booth Payments

All exhibit space must be paid in full no later than June 29, 2018. If the booth space reserved is not paid in full by June 30th you will risk losing the space selected.

Check your Exhibit Location

Be sure to check the location of your booth to ensure that this is the best place for your booth. If you have any concerns regarding your location, please contact the sales team to discuss re-location.

Check your Exhibitor Listing

Access and update your digital booth profile here. Select your company name and enter your password that you were previously provided to update your profile. You may also add areas of expertise and include social media links within your profile to share with attendees. Your digital booth profile is viewed on the conference website and accessible for attendees to add your company to their own MyEXPO Planner.
