Check your Booth Location:

Be sure to check the location of your booth on the online floorplan to ensure that this is the best place for your booth. If you have any concerns regarding your location, please contact the sales team to discuss re-location.

Check your Exhibitor Listing:

Take a moment to check your listing that is published online. This information will be used in print publications as well and we would like to assure it is accurate.

Registration and Hotel Reservations:

The registration and hotel website will open in late July. All exhibitors will be notified when registration opens to allow you to sign up for name badges and book hotels within the LeadingAge room block.

Advertising & Pre-Show Marketing:

Annual Meeting Preview – This tabloid-sized publication will be distributed to thousands of potential customers and attendees weeks before the LeadingAge Annual Meeting. Booth Payments:

All exhibit space must be paid in full no later than June 30, 2017. If the booth space reserved is not paid in full by June 30th you will risk losing the space selected.

The Exhibitor Kit is now available. The online kit will include the following items for your convenience:
