We are excited to
announce the first in a series of webinars on CRM in Senior Living brought to
you by LeadingAge and GlynnDevins.
CRM and data analytics are buzz topics
across all sectors and certainly play a vital role in our communities. In this
constantly changing area it’s imperative to stay on top of the latest
developments to ensure you’re making the most of your CRM system.
This
series will cover a range of topics, including the role of CRM in senior
living, the variety of systems available, best practices and more. This
introductory webinar on Jan. 29 will focus on “The Current
State of CRM in Senior Living” by reviewing the results of an online survey
submitted to LeadingAge membership.
