Get started thinking about Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI). This session will provide attendees with basics of quality improvement, including an overview of the Quality Measures and how to use data to guide QI efforts.

- Creating a family of measures.
- Beginning a conversation about creating reliable processes in our assisted living and nursing communities.
