Webinar: The Basics of a Successful Senior Housing Sales Program

As part of a new initiative by the LeadingAge Marketing Professionals Networking Committee, we will be hosting a free mini webinar -- a 15-minute presentation followed by a 15-minute discussion -- entitled The Basics of a Successful Senior Housing Sales Program to be held on Wednesday, July 25, at 2 p.m. Easterm.

The presentation will be hosted by Joy Lenz, sales and marketing director at Presbyterian Homes and Services, and will include:

  • Rationing  resources between sales and marketing.
  • Simple principals that increase occupancy.
  • Overcoming the “I don’t have time” objection.
  • Important attributes of a successful sales staff.
  • How PHS nurtures their program and staff
