CCRC Salaries and Benefits Survey: We Need Your Input

LeadingAge and the Hospital and Healthcare Compensation Service (HCS) are conducting the 16th Annual Continuing Care Retirement Community Salary and Benefits survey.  

How to participate in the CCRC Salary and Benefits survey

Questionnaires for the compensation study are available on Completed questionnaires are due to HCS by April 5, 2013. The 2013-2014 CCRC Living Salary and Benefits Report will be published in June 2013. 

The study is conducted and published by HCS in cooperation with LeadingAge. 

2011-2012 CCRC Salary and Benefits survey findings

The 2011-2012 CCRC Salary and Benefits report was published in July of 2011 as a resource continuing care retirement communities (CCRC) can use in determining their compensation for employees.

The 14th edition of the survey features information from 496 CCRCs on more than 76,900 employees. The survey also includes information for 42 management and 45 nonmanagement positions in CCRCs. 

In addition, the survey includes information about 18 fringe benefits, turnover rates by department and projected salary increases for 2011 to 2012. The survey findings are categorized by  revenue size, total unit size, geographic region, state and county.

The report is available to LeadingAge members at a reduced price of $225.
