This new cottage-style home, showcasing an array of design and technology applications, reflects the highly sought-after, residential design aesthetic favored by older adults and providers alike.
 
In addition to 3 levels of care (independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing), each with its own private bathroom, this year’s Idea House includes a full kitchen, living areas and outdoor spaces. The Idea House is expressly positioned to address the varying degrees of senior-living needs throughout the continuum of independence and dependence.
 
Regardless of residential setting, the Idea House brings practical and relevant technology, universal design and accessible amenities together with an abundance of affordable, leading-edge solutions for aging in place and in community.
