NEW! Space Selection process for the 2013 LeadingAge Annual Meeting and Expo
As many of you know we have been working on a new process for booth space selection for future Annual Meetings and the process has now been finalized. LeadingAge has implemented a priority point system that will calculate: 

  • 1 point for each year exhibited at the Annual Meeting since 2001.
  • 1 point for each booth booked at the Annual Meeting since 2006.
  • 1 point for current business firm membership. 
Based on the priority points earned by each exhibitor, appointments will be made during the current Annual Meeting for the exhibitor to select their booth space for the following year's Annual Meeting & Expo and PEAK Leadership Summit. All current exhibitors will be notified of their appointment via a personal email from Margaret Wanca-Daniels at the end of September.

All exhibitors will also receive a reminder in their booth on the first day of the current Annual Meeting. If for any reason an exhibitor cannot keep the assigned appointment there will be time after the Expo closes each day to select space.
