PRS Secures a New Management Contract in Santa Rosa

On June 25, Pacific Retirement Services (PRS), a not-for-profit leader in senior housing, management, and development, announced that its California affiliate, Retirement Services, LLC, was selected as the new management company for Friends House, a not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Santa Rosa, CA.
Under the terms of the agreement, Retirement Services will provide guidance and oversight to all departments at Friends House, including: 

  • Operations.
  • Accounting
  • Human resources.
  • Marketing. 

The Management Agreement was effective on May 1, 2012.
