Crutchfield Book    Maximize Your Not-for-Profit Impact, featuring Leslie Crutchfield

With high unemployment rates and a growing number of Americans sinking into poverty, the work of highly effective not-for-profit organizations has never been more critical. Aging services leaders must look to the world’s most successful not-for-profit groups for innovative ways to make a dramatic difference in our field.

Gain insight into the findings of a 4-year study of forward-thinking, mission-driven organizations and explore the applicability of critical lessons to transform your organization’s mission into a movement for high-impact social change.

Author, social entrepreneur and renowned expert on innovative, high-impact, not-for-profit organizations, Leslie Crutchfield advises leading organizations on becoming stronger forces for social change. Her bestselling book, Forces for Good: The 6 Practices of High-Impact Nonprofits, offers practical guidance for improving the effectiveness of not-for-profit entities.

Jennings Book   Transform Your Organization through Continuous Change, featuring Jason Jennings
Today’s rapidly changing economic and health care landscape demands that leaders innovate well beyond offering specific programs, products and services.

In many settings a top-to-bottom overhaul is necessary to remain relevant, even if that means giving up yesterday’s cash cow.

This workshop explores the common characteristics and guiding principles of organizations across all industries that have successfully affected continuous, transformational change and engages participants in dialogue around the obstacles and opportunities for reinvention within our field.

Recently named as one of America’s Top 3 Business Speakers, Jason Jennings has spent more than twenty years studying the world’s best performing companies. His soon-to-be-released book, The Reinventors: How Extraordinary Companies Pursue Radical Continuous Change, highlights exceptional leaders that have successfully transformed themselves and their organizations.
