Congratulations to Frasier Meadows of Boulder, CO, for being ranked number 14 on a recent list of best midsize employers (150 to 499 employees) by the Denver Post

Frasier Meadows was the only retirement community to be recognized in the entire Top Workplaces survey.

Rankings were based on surveys completed by nearly 26,000 employees of 178 Denver-area companies asking them to review the following workplace areas:

  • Direction: Assessment of the company’s values, leaders and strategy.
  • Execution: How the company communicates and gets work done.
  • Career: Opportunities for training and advancement.
  • Conditions: Assessment of the working atmosphere and environment.
  • Managers: Quality of the management and their managerial skills.
  • Pay and Benefits: Assessment of employee compensation.

“It’s an honor to receive recognition, and even more of an honor to know that it was built on the opinions and experience of our team,” said Timothy A. Johnson, president and CEO of Frasier Meadows Retirement Community. “We know that, along with our residents, our employees are our most valuable asset at Frasier. Because of this, it is a very high priority to create an environment that fosters engagement, affirmation, and the experience of being valued for the excellent work they do.”
