Participates and/or facilitates state association board meetings and retreats to assure alignment with LeadingAge. Assures LeadingAge participation at state conferences. Serves as a resource on governance and strategic planning for boards of LeadingAge member organizations. Customizes meaningful engagement opportunities for CEMO and COOMO members. Helps achieve goals for membership growth and engagement. This VP also works with a specific group of states and coordinates the involvement of other LeadingAge staff in that effort.
