Honored by Harvard University's Honoring Nations Award, this forward-thinking community opened in 2003 and is located near the Mexican/United States border. They provide care and services to the tribe in their native language which enables members and their families to access care without having to travel to nearby Tucson.

Through its willingness to collaborate with more than 40 community partners The Point was created to serve both residents and the greater community. This 20,000 square foot site focuses on innovative programing and whole-person wellness, including yoga, Tai Chi and massage therapy. Life-long learning opportunities like lectures, art and writing programs all work to enhance overall well-being.
Francis E. Parker Memorial HomePiscataway, NJFounded in 1907 by Henrietta Parker in memory of her late husband, the Francis E. Parker Memorial Home has always been on the forefront of innovation. In the 1940s, General Robert Wood Johnson came to the aid of the organization which lead to their first major expansion and modernization. In the 1950s, it was designated a not for profit nursing home by the state and today, as an Eden-Alternative community,offers a continuum of services that include assisted living and adult day health. They also have expanded to include a wellness center as well as intergenerational and child development programs.
La PosadaGreen Valley, AZ This award winning community sits on 110 acres and began in1987 as the vision of the Tucson Medical Center to bring needed programs and services to the senior residents of the Green Valley area. In 1997 La Posada became an independent, not-for-profit continuing care retirement community and in 2011 merged with Casa de Esperanza to create Casa Community Services, a new outreach into the neighborhood and beyond.

St. Margaret's HouseNew York, NYSt. Margaret's House is a multi-cultural HUD community located in downtown Manhattan, just a few blocks from the World Trade Center.It includes 207 one bedroom and 13 2-bedroom as well as 19 1-bedroom and 12 2-bedroom apartments designed specifically for people with mobility impairments. This close-knit community offers exercise, computer and art classes, writing workshops, lectures and concerts. The residents also manage a thrift store that is open to the community.
